*PRICE AND PAYMENT*
1. Payment should be made immediately
2. Customer should provide My Little Dress Shop the payment reference number by replying the confirmation email with the format as stipulated in My Ultimate Shopping Guide.
5. Upon receipt of our confirmation email, we will reserve the items for 2 (two) days for you to proceed with payment before the given dateline.
6. Unresponsed confirmation email within 2 (two) days, will be considered as cancelation of order and items will be given to the next potential buyer.
7. Order will be processed only after payments has been successfully credited to our bank account.
8. Full payment for Pre-Order items should be made before the closing date and time of each session. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of order.
9. Receipt of payment should be retain for verification purposes. My Little Dress Shop will not be liable for any claims of payment if buyer is unable to produce any of the above to verify the payment made.
*AMENDMENT*
10. All orders sent to us should be final without any post-amendment.
11. Amendments will be initiated by My Little Dress Shop in the event of stock-out.
*PRODUCTS*
12. All products listed in this website are subject to availability.
13. My Little Dress Shop has made every effort to display colours of our products that appear on this sites as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor. Thus, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
14. My Little Dress Shop has done our utmost to ensure that the measurements for products displayed on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm. However, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.
15. All goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
*SHIPPING POLICY*
16. My Little Dress Shop will ensure that goods are properly packed and sent out.
17. SingPost will normally takes around 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days to deliver items (excludes weekends/public holidays).
18. My Little Dress Shop will process On-The-Shelves items orders within 2 (two) working days upon receipt of payments.
19. Pre-order item will take around 2 to 8 weeks after the closing date of each session, before it arrives in Singapore. If you do not want to wait too long, please opt to shop for On-The-Shelves items, as On-The-Shelves means items are available hence can be posted immediately.
20. My Little Dress Shop will process pre-order items as soon as the goods arrive and within 2 (two) working days upon receipt of payment.
21. My Little Dress Shop is not responsible for any lost in transit items. Hence, customers are encouraged to opt for Registered Post for product delivery.
22. All status of orders will be updated on My Order's Status.
*CUSTOMERS/MEMBERSHIPS/REWARDS*
23. All customer information will be treated as private and confidential.
24. Customers are responsible to notify My Little Dress Shop of any change in customer paticulars/details. In any events My Little Dress Shop will not be held responsible for any undelivered/lost/returned goods or/and service or any charges incurred.
25. Memberships and rewards are not transferable.
26. Rewards awarded are subjected to availability. If the reward is not available, a substitute of equal value will be given.
27. Rewards are only valid for registered member unless otherwise stated.
28. All text, graphics, logos, images in My Little Dress Shop are the properties of My Little Dress Shop's media & suppliers.
29. Reproductions, modifications, distributions, transmissions, republications or display of the content of My Little Dress Shop is strictly prohibited.
30. My Little Dress Shop reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions, in its absolute discretion, including those related to memberships and rewards as it is deems necessary from time to time.
